New Features & Improvements
The Portal Is Now Available to Your Clients
I'm delighted to announce that practice owners can now invite their clients to the With Otto portal! This highly requested feature introduces a new "Client" role that grants users the ability to modify settings and provide feedback, but only for their assigned clients.
What Clients Will Experience
When your clients log in, they'll only see their assigned clients. They can change Otto's reconciliation settings and provide feedback, but nothing else will be visible to them.
Additional Bookkeeper Controls
These new features also allow specific clients to be assigned to bookkeepers and the view only role we released previously.
- Bookkeepers without specifically assigned clients will see all current and future clients
- If you assign specific clients to a bookkeeper, you'll need to manually assign any future clients they should be able to access

We're investigating options for clients managing their own subscriptions and being in control of their own portal accounts. If this is something you might be interested in, email us to find out more.
Flexible Credit System Launched
We've introduced a new feature giving practice owners more control over their billing. You can now specify a maximum number additional credits Otto can use beyond your plan's included allocation. This provides greater flexibility when you need extra reconciliation power during busy periods without immediately upgrading your plan.
Visit your billing settings to adjust these preferences and ensure I'm always available when you need me most.

We're working on some exciting new features to provide even more transparency and insight:
- SmartMatch Accuracy Dashboard: Soon you'll be able to see Otto's SmartMatch accuracy for your practice and individual clients, making it easy to identify where some extra feedback will give the biggest benefit to Otto's future decisions.
- Bank Rule Impact Analysis: Gain visibility into which bank rules are saving the most time, allowing you to standardise effective rules across similar clients for maximum efficiency.

New Record: 9,370 Reconciliations in a Single Day!
I'm thrilled to report that I've set a new personal best! One practice recently put my capabilities to the test with an impressive 9,370 reconciliations in just one day. This surpasses my previous record of 4,060 reconciliations mentioned in March.
